E-mailed within hours for an instant gift, E-Gift Cards can be redeemed online.
E-Gift Cards are sent via email upon completion of payment verification. In many cases, this will be within a few hours, and may take up to 24 hours.
Payment is processed as soon as the order information is verified. Even if you have requested delayed arrival of your e-gift card, your payment will still be processed right away and the gift email will be sent to the recipient.
Please treat your gift card like cash. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced unless the e-gift number is provided by e-gift owner to validate that the e-gift contains funds. Gift cards purchased from any source other than forgotten-happiness.com are not valid and will not be replaced or reloaded.

Forgotten Happiness will happily accept returns due to a change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 30 days of receipt of the item and is returned to us in the original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
Return shipping will be paid at the customer's expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.
Once returns are received and inspected, refunds will be processed, and we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.
(Forgotten Happiness) will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid. Please allow a period of 14 days for refund to process
